MISSION:
We are on a mission to enhance and sustain the health and well-being of youth and young adults who were assigned female at birth and are identifying as lesbian or bisexual women or transmen (LBT). Arcoiris provides activities, programs and services that create community and empower community members through a variety of capacity building programs. We provide essential resources, advocate for civil & human rights and embrace, promote and support our cultural diversity.

VISION:

Advocating and promoting the establishment of an integrated LBT policy framework and the implementation of a range of programs to improve the livelihoods of LBT community members in Timor-Leste.
